GAMMA is a T24 specific intelligent monitoring system for the IT Operation. Our mission is to eliminate T24 business halts, display the business impact of a problem for the IT Operator, support proactivity, localize and solve problems as quick as possible. We achieve this by alerting IT Operation before the user and customer find out about the occurrence of a problem.

GAMMA is more than a monitoring tool!

The product features optionally include the Online and COB Monitor, the COB Analyzer, and the SLA Management.

GAMMA also supports users to manage environments centrally and run COBs based on workflows and access rights.

The application provides customizable, user-friendly dashboard that helps the daily IT operation. With the multi-environment facility, the operators can easily handle and monitor even 6 environments on one screen at the same time. We have designed GAMMA based on a ‘Service’ concept. This solution provides a flexible way to monitor and measure any critical points of the operation. Additionally, any SLA can be defined and monitored as a ‘Service’. GAMMA provides several predefined operational and management reports, but allows for production of any custom General or SLA reports.
